- Solskjaer joins on a "rolling contract"

Cardiff had just won promotion from the old Division Three when Solskjaer - then aged 26 - came off the bench to score the winning last-minute goal for Manchester United against Bayern Munich in the 1999 Champions Legue final.
Fast forward 15 years and Solskjaer takes over a Cardiff team sitting one place and one point above the Premier League's relegation zone.
Cardiff intend to employ the former Manchester United striker, with the promise of £25 million to spend immediately.
